Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Lavish Beauty by Ellen
At Lavish Beauty by Ellen, your time and experience are very important to us. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policy:
🔸 Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your scheduled service(s).
🔸 No-Shows:
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate emergencies. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect our small business and our ability to serve others waiting for appointments.
